National Peanut Butter Day!

Did you know that today is National Peanut Butter Day? Neither did I until my friend Kandice at We Aren't Scared of Sugar told me!

EVERY day is peanut butter day at our house. The boy & his daddy love it!!

In this Goodbyn Bynto:

• +Peanut Butter & Co. White Chocolate Wonderful sandwich on white and wheat
• Veggie chips
• Yogurt raisins
• Ice water in his drink bottle

I used our Match & Munch Lunch Punch cutter to make the fun, puzzle-piece shaped sammies. He gobbled it all up!



Russell has a lunch FULL of peanuts!

In his lunch:

• a very messy peanut butter & jelly sandwich, cut with a Lunch Punch Critter Cutters
• honey-roasted peanuts with heart sprinkles
• grapes
• peanut butter & chocolate cookies from Earth Fare
• an apple (not pictured)

I decided to add the elephants at the last minute...all of the brown kind of looked boring so I tried to jazz it up a bit. I thought, elephants eat peanuts, and I already had my Lunch Punches out, so I ran with it! When I use them, I usually cut the bread first THEN add the fillings to make the sandwich prettier and prevent making a mess...like the one above :) Luckily for me, Russell doesn't really care what his lunch looks like, he just appreciates the effort!
